Safe use guidelines

Daily ingestion
10–15 ppm recommended. Take on an empty stomach. 1 oz per 50 lbs body weight at 10 ppm.
Topical use
20–30+ ppm for external applications only. Apply 1–4 times per day with spray or sterile cotton.
Storage
Dark glass bottle, cool cabinet. Never refrigerate. Date each batch — good for several months.
